We have a choice of services for you to choose from depending on how much you want us to handle on your behalf.
no renewal costs
Many agents round here charge you a whole fee just for re-signing the same tenants for a second term. We think that’s wrong, and if you choose our part- or fully managed services, you won’t pay any renewal fees. Promise.
meet your tenants
Once we’ve found some tenants for you and done the referencing, you’re welcome to meet them so you know who’ll be living in your property. Should you then want us to keep looking, that’s what we’ll do.
capped maintenance costs
With our 300W service, in which we handle your property’s maintenance, we’ll agree with you at the start what maintenance costs you’re happy us authorising on your behalf, and what you’d like us to agree with you before going ahead. We’d suggest £200 exc. VAT, but it’s up to you.
guaranteed rent option
Any tenant, even a good one, can fall on hard times. For just 2% of your rent we can ensure that your rent is paid should the worst happen to your tenants.
transparent tenants’ costs
We’re also completely upfront with our tenants about the fees they’ll need to pay. After all, happy tenants are good tenants.

As well as using the skill and resource of Homelet, we also take the time to get to know potential tenants ourselves – you can sniff out a bad tenant by getting to know them!
We'll also offer you the opportunity to meet your potential tenants before they sign a tenancy agreement, so you can satisfy yourself they're the right people.

When it's time for your tenants to move in, we won't simply hand over the keys and hope for the best. No, we'll go to the property with them, show them how everything works, making sure they're settled in to minimise any problems.
